About The Founder

Mr. Jeffes has over 20 years of business experience focusing on Marketing and Campaign Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Force Optimization, Training, Customer Service, Field Service, Alliance and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and operations process re-engineering. Steve has successfully launched several diverse enterprise level product and service offerings. Steve has successfully managed the product management, marketing, sales, customer service and public relations functions for not-for-profits, small businesses, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Jeffes has experience in the financial services, medical, energy, telecommunications, high tech, communications, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and consumer products industries.

Prior to forming EdgeUpMarketing, Mr. Jeffes was an executive at several large consulting firms including Answerthink, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capgemini Ernst & Young, and Peppers and Rogers Group. Mr. Jeffes’ specialty is developing CRM (marketing, sales, customer services, field services, and partner relationship management (PRM) strategies for a number of Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, financial services, high technology, consumer goods, telecommunications, energy, and Government sectors. Mr. Jeffes was also considered a subject matter expert in the areas of marketing and campaign management and was called upon to assist global teams that delivered CRM expertise to their clients.

Prior to entering into the world of Big 5 consulting, Mr. Jeffes was an executive and co-founder of Paradigm Ovation, one of the first Marketing Automation software providers in the United States. While at Paradigm, Mr. Jeffes developed extensive experience in Campaign Management and Customer Relationship Management solution development / deployment, end-user training, and complimentary vendor alliance development. Steve has been involved with numerous (30+) CRM engagements worldwide involving the development and improvement of marketing, sales, customer service, and campaign management.

Steve has a dual Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University (Computer Science & Finance); MS with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, 1985, (Organization Change Mgmt.); and several management courses from General Electric’s Crotonville Management Education program, (Management & Technology)
